EXECUTIVE LEADER ORIENTATION (ELO): Introduced in the Spring of 2013, Executive Leader Orientation (ELO) is WHG's new and enhanced General Manager Certification program. At ELO you will gain in-depth knowledge of your brand's tools and resources as well as WHG and hospitality industry best practices. This four-day orientation is organized into our five key hospitality disciplines essential to the success of any property, regardless of the brand or size:

• Marketing and Sales Management
• Revenue Generation
• Customer Experience
• Leadership and People Management.
• ELO attendance satisfies the training required for all General Managers to be certified within 90 days.
